18 Millionth Guest

1.1 Participation in the prize draw is possible by purchasing an online ticket for Swarovski Kristallwelten in Wattens, Austria. By participating in the prize draw, participants accept these terms and conditions.

1.2 Participation in the prize draw is possible from 00:01 CET on November 14, 2025, until 23:59 CET on December 7, 2025. The winner will be selected from among those participants who purchased an online ticket during this period.

1.3 Eligible participants must: Reside in Germany, Austria, Switzerland or Italy, be over 18 years old, not be employees of the Organizer, its parent or subsidiary companies, immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children), or members of their households, not be employees of any cooperation partners involved in the creation or execution of the prize competition.

1.4 Among all participants, the 18 millionth guest of Swarovski Kristallwelten will be selected. This person will receive a voucher for an overnight stay in a hotel in Innsbruck for two people, redeemable until December 31, 2026.

1.5 Participation in the prize draw occurs automatically with the purchase of an online ticket for Swarovski Kristallwelten. All individuals who purchase a valid online ticket during the promotional period are eligible to participate. The prize will be awarded exclusively to the person who purchases the 18-millionth online ticket. No additional purchase or registration is required. The contest is only valid within the defined area and is invalid where prohibited or restricted by law.

1.6 The prize is provided without any representations or warranties.

1.7 Legal recourse is excluded.

2.1 Submissions or entries triggered or generated by automated processes are invalid.

2.2 To participate, entrants must provide their necessary contact details (first name, last name, and email address). Participants are responsible for any disadvantages caused by providing incorrect contact information.

2.3 Winners will be notified in writing via the email address they provided no later than December 10, 2025. The prize is considered officially awarded only upon receipt of the winner notification. The prize will be sent to the address specified during participation or to the email address provided. Winners must confirm their acceptance via email. If no response is received within one (1) week of notification, a new winner will be selected randomly, and the prize will be awarded to this new winner.

2.4 All expenses related to claiming the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Organizer will not compensate for any associated costs, taxes, or fees.

2.5 The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes. The Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with an equivalent orhigher-value prize if the original prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

2.6 All matters regarding the interpretation, validity, or enforcement of these terms, or the participants’ and Organizer’s rights in connection with the prize competition, are governed by Austrian law, excluding internationalprivate law and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive venue for any disputes is the competent court in Innsbruck, Austria.

2.7 Winners may not transfer, assign, or exchange the prize for cash or equivalents. Winners are solely responsible for any national, state, or local taxes, as well as other expenses not explicitly stated in these terms, associated with accepting or using the prize. Failure to meet any obligations related to the prize does not exempt winners from their tax liabilities.

3.1 The Organizer collects and uses participants’ data (first name, last name, and email address) in accordance with applicable data protection regulations for the purpose of organizing, conducting, and processing the prize competition. These data are stored for this purpose by Amazon Web Services EMEASARL, 5 rue Plaetis, L-2338 Luxembourg, on a server in Frankfurt.

3.2 Participants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, and withdraw their consent to data processing for the future, by submitting a written request or a request on a durable medium to service.kristallwelten@swarovski.com. Participants acknowledge and understand that any personal data provided in connection with the prize competition will be processed by the Organizer for the administration of the competition and for the additional purposes outlined in the privacy policy. ‍
