18 Millionth Guest

1.1 By participating in the prize draw, participants accept these terms and conditions.

1.2 Eligible participants must: Reside in Germany, Austria, Switzerland or Italy, be over 18 years old, not be employees of the Organizer, its parent or subsidiary companies, immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children), or members of their households, not be employees of any cooperation partners involved in the creation or execution of the prize competition.

1.3 The promotional period for participating in the 18 Millionth Guest prize draw runs from 14 November 2025 00:01 CET until the moment the 18-millionth online ticket is sold.

1.4 Participation in the prize draw occurs automatically with the purchase of an online ticket for Swarovski Kristallwelten. All individuals who purchase a valid online ticket during the promotional period are eligible to participate. The prize will be awarded exclusively to the person who purchases the 18-millionth online ticket. No additional purchase or registration is required. The contest is only valid within the defined area and is invalid where prohibited or restricted by law.

1.5 The 18 millionth guest of Swarovski Kristallwelten will receive the grand prize: an overnight stay at a hotel in Innsbruck for 2 people, redeemable until December 2026.

1.6 The prize is provided “as it is,” without any representations or guarantees.

1.7 Legal recourse is excluded.

2.1 To participate, entrants must provide their necessary contact details (first name, last name, and email address) and answer the competition question. Participants are responsible for any disadvantages caused by providing incorrect contact information.

2.2 Winners will be notified inwriting via the email address they provided. The prize is considered officially awarded only upon receipt of the winner notification. The prize will be sent to the address specified during participation or to the email address provided. Winners must confirm their acceptance via email. If no response is received within one (1) week of notification, a new winner will be selected randomly (see Section 1.7), and the prize will be awarded to this new winner. The prize will be delivered to the winner’s address in Austria, Germany, or Italy as specified by Swarovski. Swarovski will cover the delivery costs;

2.3 All expenses related to claiming the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Organizer will not compensate for any associated costs, taxes, or fees.

2.4 The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes. The Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with an equivalent orhigher-value prize if the original prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

2.5 All matters regarding the interpretation, validity, or enforcement of these terms, or the participants’ and Organizer’s rights in connection with the prize competition, are governed by Austrian law, excluding internationalprivate law and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive venue for any disputes is the competent court in Innsbruck, Austria.

2.6 If any prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Organizer reserves the right to modify the prize competition at its discretion and award a substitute prize of comparable or greater value in accordance with these terms and conditions.

2.7 Winners may not transfer, assign, or exchange the prize for cash or equivalents. Winners are solely responsible for any national, state, or local taxes, as well as other expenses not explicitly stated in these terms, associated with accepting or using the prize. Failure to meet any obligations related to the prize does not exempt winners from their tax liabilities.

3.1 The Organizer collects and uses participants’ data (first name, last name, and email address) in accordance with applicable data protection regulations for the purpose of organizing, conducting, and processing the prize competition. These data are stored for this purpose by Amazon Web Services EMEASARL, 5 rue Plaetis, L-2338 Luxembourg, on a server in Frankfurt.

3.2 Participants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, and withdraw their consent to data processing for the future, by submitting a written request or a request on a durable medium to service.kristallwelten@swarovski.com. Participants acknowledge and understand that any personal data provided in connection with the prize competition will be processed by the Organizer for the administration of the competition and for the additional purposes outlined in the privacy policy. ‍

3.3 By registering your contact details with us or by contacting us in any other electronic form, you agree that we may collect, store, disclose, and use your personal data that you provide to us via our website in accordance with this Privacy Policy, without your prior written consent. You may withdraw your consent to the storage and processing of your data at any time for the future. To do so, please contact our Customer Service. We will process, disclose, and use your personal data and information in a secure, appropriate, and lawful manner in accordance with Austrian law. Processing is carried out using electronic or automated means. We will use the personal data you provide to us via our website solely to improve our online presence and to inform you about market activities, goods, and services that we offer, as well as to assign logistical or other tasks to third parties. Without prior notice and your consent, data will not be made available to any third party outside the Swarovski Group in a form that would allow you to be identified. Your personal data is collected and used by D. Swarovski Tourism Services GmbH, Kristallweltenstrasse 1, 6112 Wattens, Austria, which is also responsible for managing it. You agree that this data may be disclosed to Daniel Swarovski Corporation AG and other companies of the Swarovski Group in various countries, in particular to companies in Switzerland (Daniel Swarovski Corporation AG), Austria (D. Swarovski KG), and Liechtenstein (Swarovski Aktiengesellschaft), and that it may be stored and used by them.
