E-shuttle bus from Innsbruck

The electric shuttle bus travels between Innsbruck Central Station and Swarovski Kristallwelten five times a day. The bus saves around 65 metric tons of CO2 each year and provides guests with a comfortable, climate-friendly journey. This approach builds on Swarovski Kristallweltens’ existing sustainability strategy while enhancing the eco-friendly guest experience.

Important Information

The shuttle ticket is only available in combination with an admission ticket to Swarovski Kristallwelten.It can be added during the online booking process or purchased directly on the shuttle (cash only).

The shuttle is accessible, with a wheelchair lift and a space reserved for wheelchair users.

We kindly ask that children’s groups (e.g., school or kindergarten groups) reserve tickets in advance.

Prices

Round-Trip Ticket Adults: € 12,00
This ticket is valid for both the outbound and return journey.

One-Way Ticket Adults: € 8,00
The one-way ticket is valid for a single trip – either outbound or return.

Round-Trip Ticket Children (6–17 years): € 6,00
Children aged 6 to 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

One-Way Ticket Children (6–17 years): € 4,00
Children up to the age of six travel free of charge and must be accompanied by an adult.
