Fresh green leaves in sunlight — a symbol of sustainability and environmental awareness at Swarovski Kristallwelten.Fresh green leaves in sunlight — a symbol of sustainability and environmental awareness at Swarovski Kristallwelten.

Our founder, Daniel Swarovski, built our company on the principles of fairness to our community and our planet – values that remain at our core today. We know Swarovski’s continued success stems from upholding and respecting Daniel’s founding principles. They remind us to think in generations, not quarters – keeping our long-term responsibility in focus. They also offer a platform that supports our pursuit of sustainable corporate governance.

“Only together can we achieve great things.” Daniel Swarovski (1862 - 1956)

Rich biodiversity
An impressive 1,800-square-meter flower meadow blooms across our 7.5-hectare park and serves as a thriving habitat for honeybees, wild bees, bumblebees, butterflies, beetles, and countless other insects. The park and neighboring orchard are home to diverse flowering plants, native shrubs, and fruit trees, creating vital biodiversity in our region. A naturally designed biotope with a stream invites contemplation while providing an essential habitat for dragonflies, aquatic insects, amphibians, freshwater mussels, local fish, and crayfish.

Prologue III
Inspired by water as a precious resource, Swedish artists Fredrikson Stallard celebrated the Swarovski Waterschool’s 15th anniversary by reinterpreting their iconic Prologue II work and adorning it with 8,000 Blue Shade Swarovski crystals. The crystals refract and reflect daylight based on the sun’s angle, animating the space around them. Prologue III is simple in its form but contains an endless stream of complex nuances. The circle is the beginning and the end – a cycle of infinite potential.
