You can also enjoy an audio guide to use during your visit. Audio guides are available at ticket desks five and six at the entrance. They are available in ten languages and come with headphones.
Our annual card can only be purchased on site at the ticket counter!
The ticket cannot be transferred and is only valid with photographic identification. We reserve the right to check tickets on site and upon entry at any time.
Guests with strollers, wheelchairs, or mobility aids can get accessible tickets at ticket counter 5 and 6 at the entrance.
