Summer Prize Draw

These terms and conditions, along with the data privacy notices, govern participation in the  summer prize draw promoted by D. Swarovski Tourism Services GmbH ("Organizer") and conducted by Playable ApS ("Partner"). Personal data is collected and processed by both the Partner and the Organizer. Personal data of participants who have not provided marketing consent will be deleted by the Organizer 30 days after the end of the prize draw. The Partner will delete all personal data 30 days after the end of the prize draw.

Terms and Conditions

1. Subject Matter

1.1 By participating in the prize draw, participants accept these Terms and Conditions of Participation as well as the Privacy Policies of the Organizer and the Partner.

1.2 Participation in the prize draw takes place via the Partner's website.

1.3 The prize draw is open for participation from 09:00 CET on 10 July 2026 until 19:00 CET on 30 August 2026.

1.4 Eligible participants are individuals who are at least 18 years of age and have their permanent residence in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland. Employees of the Organizer, the Partner, or any parent or subsidiary company of the Organizer or the Partner, as well as their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children), members of their household, and employees of any cooperation partners involved in the creation or administration of the prize draw are excluded from participation.

1.5 Each week, one eligible participant will be selected at random to receive an exclusive charm pendant of their choice (Strawberry, Four-Leaf Clover, or Ladybird) with a retail value of EUR 69.

1.6 The prize is provided "as is", without any representations or warranties of any kind.

1.7 Legal recourse is excluded.

2. Process

2.1 Entries or participation submitted or generated through automated processes are invalid.

2.2 To participate, participants must provide the required contact details (first name, last name, and email address) directly on the Partner's website. Participants are solely responsible for any disadvantages resulting from the submission of incorrect or incomplete contact information.

2.3 The winner will be notified in writing by the Organizer via the email address provided during registration. The winner will only be deemed to have been validly and finally selected upon receipt of the prize notification. The prize will be sent to the address specified by the winner in connection with the prize draw. To claim the prize, the winner must confirm acceptance by email. If the Organizer does not receive a response within one (1) week of the prize notification, a new winner will be selected and the prize will be awarded to that new winner.

2.4 The winner shall bear all costs and expenses associated with claiming or using the prize. The Organizer and the Partner shall not reimburse any related costs, taxes, duties, or fees.

2.5 The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other substitute. The Organizer reserves the right to replace the advertised prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

2.6 All questions and matters concerning the interpretation, validity, and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the participant, the Organizer, and the Partner in connection with the promotion, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, excluding its conflict of law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be the competent court in Innsbruck, Austria.

2.7 Any national, federal, state, regional, or local taxes, as well as any other costs or expenses associated with the acceptance or use of the prize that are not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Failure to make use of any part of the prize does not relieve the winner of any tax obligations associated with winning the prize.

3. Privacy Notice

3.1 The personal data required for participation (first name, last name, and email address) will be collected and processed by both the Organizer and the Partner.

3.2 The Privacy Policies of the Organizer and the Partner apply. They are available on the respective websites of the Organizer and the Partner.

3.3 Participants may, at any time, request access to the personal data stored by the Organizer, request the correction or deletion of such data, or withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data with effect for the future by sending a written request or a request on a durable medium to service.kristallwelten@swarovski.com senden.
